Kristin’s nature has always been to embrace challenge and put herself to the test. It’s a trait she attributes to her upbringing. Kristin grew up in Philomont, VA where her first love was a horse. Her grandmother taught her to ride, train, and compete horses at a young age. However, it was always about more than just learning different riding techniques. These experiences became valuable life lessons for Kristin. Her grandmother taught her so much about how to make the most of every moment and how to drive toward opportunities.
That’s just what Kristin did. Though her grandmother was a top riding instructor and trainer, Kristin was driven to create her own course to success. She’s a graduate from Sweet Briar College and embarked on a fruitful career in Business Management and Marketing. In 2010 Kristin then married her husband Tyler Johnson of Loudoun. They welcomed their son Tate in 2023. Kristin, Tyler, & Tate reside in Bluemont where they are excited and fortunate to build their family.
In the end, Kristin realized her true calling was indeed real estate. It wasn’t the typical way to follow the family legacy, but like her grandmother, Kristin built her own business from the ground up, in 2010, and quickly earned her own reputation as an experienced real estate professional. Kristin’s passion, drive and dedication have fueled her continued success in real estate.
With strong priorities of her own, Kristin understands just how important your investment is with regard to your home or horse property. That’s what drives her to help you seize your real estate opportunities. From luxury horse farms to small country cottages, she applies her vast expertise, genuine dedication and steadfast attention to detail to ensure your success. No matter what your objectives, Kristin rises to the challenge and handles every detail to provide you with the best possible real estate experience.
Kristin Dillon-Johnson’s passion, drive and focus keep her rising to the challenge when competing horses. As a premier real estate agent, these same traits push her to be her best every day, professionally, as well. When Kristin is focused on your investment goals, she is committed to helping you achieve exceptional results. For your next move in Loudoun County or Northern Virginia, call Kristin Dillon-Johnson and seize your opportunities.

The Quiet Agent
Anne’s performance has been exceptional as she always puts her clients first.
Anne’s mantra: “If a client dreams it, I’ll help them live it!”
Anne’s reputation can best be summarized by a prominent agent at Thomas and Talbot who said of Anne: “If I were incapacitated, I would refer my clients to Anne because she is intelligent, honest, diligent and humble....and I have been a realtor for over 17 years!”
In education, she graduated from Vanderbilt University, commonly called the “Harvard of the South” with a BA in Pre-Med studies.
Anne was an executive in the corporate world for 18+ years. As a woman in the ‘80s and ‘90s, she broke barriers and ‘glass ceilings’. Her multi-faceted corporate experience spanned the telecommunications, consumer products, software solutions and pyrotechnics industries.
Anne’s corporate strengths: Strategic Market Planning *Marketing Operations Management,*Product Lifecycle Management, *Corporate Communications, *Multi-Platform Campaign Development, *Brand Management, * Marketing Collateral Design, *Market Research and Analysis, *Product Positioning, *Direct Response Marketing, *Corporate Identity Design, *Social Networking, *Project Management, *Search Engine Optimization, *Cross-Functional Team Leadership, and, * Budget Management.
The highlight of her corporate career was as an executive with MCI Telecommunications during the divestiture years in the’80s. At the time MCI was a multi-billion dollar enterprise. Anne successfully managed a $47 million dollar marketing budget with a staff of 20.
An example of her performance was the creation of a consumer acquisition/retention program which generated 6 million new customers in 12 months and decreased churn by 15% annually!
She managed strategic development and tactical strategies increasing consumer revenue by $325 million; achieved a 12% annual revenue growth; and exceeding corporate expectations by 8%!
She directed the development of a fully automated marketing database driving state of the art multi-channel campaigns. In so doing, Anne garnered 5 Direct Mail awards based on creative execution and revenue generation.
In athletics, Anne played on the Vanderbilt women’s tennis team at the NCAA 1 level; She was also offered a professional instructor’s post with the Aspen Colorado Ski School; as an equestrian, she fox hunted for many years. But this did not present enough of a challenge so she Events (dressage, show jumping and cross country jumping) all in one competition. Anne trained primarily with an Olympic silver medalist from Canada. She became very accomplished! For 20+ years she competed from Boston south to Georgia and west to Kentucky. She won her fair share of these event competitions.
In Middleburg, where she has lived since ‘91, Anne has shared her corporate experience with local organizations. She served on the boards of Buchanan Hall and the Goose Creek Association as well as having served four terms on the Vestry of Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Middleburg Virginia. She chaired the church’s largest and most important fundraiser for 4 years.
She works with many animal rescue organizations and chairs Emmanuel Episcopal Church’s “The Blessing of the Animals” a Middleburg area tradition and many other animal rescue efforts.
It is extremely unique, if not unheard of in the real estate industry in the United States, for a realtor to have such an exceptional educational and corporate world background.
